Jon Riki Karamatsu is a Realtor and Attorney with HOME LUXE Peter Nicado Group in Honolulu, Hawaii. Jon has been a licensed Realtor since February 2022 and a licensed Attorney since November 2001.

Jon is President of JRK Enterprises LLC, a business law and consulting company; Director and Shareholder of Next Level Solutions Group Inc. which executes federal direct proposals and develops renewable energy projects; President of Positive Masters LLC, a multimedia and e-commerce company; and Partner of AV8 Partners LP, a fixed base operator.

Jon served as Deputy Prosecuting Attorney and Legislative Liaison for the Department of the Prosecuting Attorney, City and County of Honolulu from 2010 to 2015 and was a business partner for an electronic dance music festival from 2014 to 2015.

 

Jon served as a Hawaii State Representative from 2002 to 2010 and held leadership positions such as Vice Speaker, Majority Whip, Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, and Chairman of the House Economic Development & Business Concerns Committee.

Jon holds a J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
